You will receive a confirmation and your tickets at the email address provided on the sales form within five to ten minutes. Actual processing time will vary depending on sales activity at the time of your purchase and settings on your computer regarding how often it downloads your mail. Use your Send/Receive button (send/receive, check mail, update, sync, etc depending on the program) if you do not receive the email confirmation within a few minutes. If the message does not appear in yout inbox, check your Spam or Junk mail box. If you do not receive the message or the confirmation page, please notify Web Sales Support with your information and we will resend your tickets/confirmation.
Please click send/receive, check mail, sync, etc and check your spam or junk mail folders for the confirmation before attempting to resubmit your ticket request.
Bring your printed tickets directly to the gate. Ticket barcodes will be scanned at the gate for entry. If you are purchasing tickets with a Friends of City Park Member discount, also bring your Member card and a Photo ID.
There is an online service charge of $1 per ticket.
Only select tickets are currently available for purchase online. Tickets can be used at any time until the close of the current operating season.
Due the the heavy load on our vendor's servers, there is a limited number of general admit tickets per transaction. Purchasing more tickets will require additional transactions. For very large groups, you may pre-arrange admission through the Celebration in the Oaks office.
Our vendor performs scheduled maintenance 4:00 am and 6:00 am daily. Online ticketing will not be available at these times. If you are unable to access the page at other times, please contact Web Sales Support.
Q: I receive a message when trying to purchase tickets.

You need to install the latest version of Adobe Reader on your computer.
To view and print tickets, you must have software that can open pdf documents such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (download).

If necessary, we can resend your confirmation email. Please notify Web Sales Support with the name and email address used on the purchase form, an alternate email address, the approximate time and date of the attempted purchase, the number and type of tickets, your phone number, and when you plan to visit. Please also note any error you encountered in attempting to retrieve your tickets.
