Tickets

I have problems with my tickets, who can I contact?

For all ticketing questions, please reach out to WRSTBND, our ticketing partner, at support@wrstbnd.com. Include your order confirmation number for the fastest reply. All ticketing questions and issues are managed through this email and there is no phone support.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. Ticket holders who have a date conflict will be afforded the opportunity to reschedule their date, based on availability and a $6 fee. All reservation changes must be made at least two days prior to your confirmed date. There is a link in your order confirmation to reschedule your tour date and/or time.

Are group discounts available?

Group discounts for 50 or more guests are available for the Walking Tour. To reserve, please email Julie LaCour at jlacour@nocp.org.

Do children need a ticket for the Walking Tour?

Children under 36″ do not need a ticket to participate in the Walking Tour with a paying adult.

Can I bring a bus?

Minibuses are not allowed on the tour. The largest vehicle that can be accommodated is a sprinter van. Should you have questions about this, please email Julie LaCour at jlacour@nocp.org.

Why are the names of the people in the car needed?

Add the first name of each person in your vehicle (and select adult or child) for a special interactive portion of the tour.

Can I add names to my ticket list after purchase?

Yes, you can add additional names with the “Manage Reservation” link in your ticket-confirmation email.

I cannot find the confirmation email with my vehicle pass, how can I have it sent to me again?

To retrieve your order confirmation and vehicle pass, visit cito.wrstbnd.com/p/lookup and enter the email used to originally purchase your ticket.

It's prior to my ticket being scanned and now I want to add Walking Tour tickets – can I buy them?

Yes, you can add additional ticket purchases with the “Manage Reservation” link in your ticket confirmation email. If you add the Walking Tour to your reservation, the experience must be done the night of your Driving Tour.

Do I need to do the Driving Tour to purchase the Walking Tour?

No, the Driving Tour is not required to purchase the Walking Tour.

Membership

I’m a member of Friends of CIty Park, what’s the discount?

FOCP members will receive one free driving tour admission valid anytime from November 23-December 30 (closed December 24).

I need to renew my membership, can I do it on site at Celebration in the Oaks?

No, you cannot renew at the event. Please renew ahead of time at here.

How do Friends of City Park members book with a discount?

Simply use the email address on file with your membership during the checkout process on the CITO ticketing site. The discount will be prompted once the system recognizes your email address.

How do I contact the Friends of City Park office with questions or to renew my membership?

Email membership@nocp.org. Emails will be answered during business hours. If you have questions about ticketing please email the ticketing agency directly at support@wrstbnd.com for assistance. There is currently no phone support for ticketing.

Events

Where does the Driving Tour begin?

4 Friederichs Avenue off Wisner (this is the ONLY entrance).

Can I buy tickets at the gate/door/event?

No, all tickets must be purchased in advance.

So there are TWO parts to the event this year?

Yes, the Driving Tour and the Walking Tour, including Carousel Gardens Amusement Park rides and the Botanical Garden.

Are there still over a million lights?

Yes

How long is the Driving Tour?

The driving route is 2.25 miles long, and will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes on high-demand evenings.

What type of vehicles can ticket holders 'ride in'?

Everyone needs to be in a seatbelt at all times in all vehicles. Cars, SUVs, and limos are allowed. Guests must ride inside trucks and not in the back of trucks/in the truck’s open bed. Convertibles are ok but guests must remain seated. Motorcycles will be allowed and the price of admission is the same as that of a car. Bicycles are not allowed on non-designated Bike Nights as they pose a safety risk.

Can I park and walk to the event?

Walking along the driving route is prohibited and will be monitored by security personnel. To participate in the Walking Tour, please park your car and walk down Victory only.

Is there a Santa available for photos?

There is no opportunity to take a photo with Santa this year.

Size of vehicles permitted?

Standard sedan-size and SUVs will all be allowed. Any “mini bus” must fall under 11’ in height to fit underneath the oak trees. Mini buses and other vehicles with more than eight passengers should email support@wrstbnd.com to purchase special passes.

Are limousines permitted?

Yes, limousines and sprinter vans are permitted and can be selected by clicking “Vehicle Selector Style” on the Driving Tour purchasing page.

Are pets allowed in my car?

Yes. They are not allowed on the Walking Tour, however. Do not leave your pet in the car without you.

What are the hours of Cafe Du Monde?

8am-10pm Sunday-Thursday and 8am-11pm Friday and Saturday.

Is City Putt open?

Yes, City Putt will be open Wednesdays-Sundays until 10pm (last rental at 9pm).

I forgot to order my 2023 CITO ornament when I bought my Driving Tour tickets – how can I purchase one now?

Unfortunately, 2023 ornaments are completely sold out.
