Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. Ticket holders who have a date conflict will be afforded the opportunity to reschedule their date, based on availability and a $6 fee. All reservation changes must be made at least two days prior to your confirmed date. There is a link in your order confirmation to reschedule your tour date and/or time.
Group discounts for 50 or more guests are available for the Walking Tour. To reserve, please email [email protected].
Children 2 and under are admitted free of charge and do not need a ticket.
Minibuses are not allowed on the tour. The largest vehicle that can be accommodated is a sprinter van. Should you have questions about this, please email [email protected].

There are seven Value Nights: November 30, December 9, 10,11, 16, 17 and January 1.

Celebration in the Oaks Driving Tour is a rain-or-shine event. There are no refunds or exchanges for this fundraiser. In the event of cancellation of the Celebration in the Oaks Walking Tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will have the option to reschedule their tickets to another night.
Celebration in the Oaks will make every effort to remain open during inclement weather. However, in the event of severe conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we may need to delay opening or temporarily close the event to ensure everyone’s safety.
Membership
Friends of City Park Members receive (1) complimentary Driving Tour Dasher Pass, which provides skip-the-line access for the Driving Tour. Additionally, when Walking Tour tickets are reserved for the same evening, members unlock discounted pricing on up to eight (8) tickets.
Friends of City Park Members must use the primary email address linked to their membership when reserving their complimentary Driving Tour Dasher Pass. Once recognized by the Celebration in the Oaks ticketing system during checkout, eligible members will automatically see special member perks and pricing applied.

Driving Tour
4 Friederichs Avenue off Wisner (this is the ONLY entrance).
Entry is valid only for the date and time listed on your ticket. You must enter during your scheduled arrival window.
The Dasher Pass entrance is located at 150 Zachary Taylor Dr. Click here for the exact location. Note: Some GPS apps may show incorrect directions—please double-check your route. Only tickets labeled “Dasher Pass” are valid at this entrance. If your pass does not indicate “Dasher Pass,” you will not be admitted.
Standard sedan-size cars, SUVs, sprinter vans, limos (based on the type of pass purchased), motorcycles (same admission price as a car), and convertibles (guests must remain seated). All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
Yes, street legal golf carts are allowed and the standard vehicle Driving Tour pass must be purchased.
No, riding in the open bed of a truck is prohibited – all guests must be inside the cab.
The driving route is two miles long.
Walking along the driving route is prohibited and will be monitored by security personnel. To participate in the Walking Tour, please park your car and walk down Victory Avenue only for admission.
Yes. They are not allowed on the Walking Tour, however. Do not leave your pet in the car without you.
Bike Night
4 Friederichs Avenue off Wisner Boulevard (this is the ONLY entrance) and cyclists must follow the designated route.
Each person attending Bike Night must have a ticket. Bikes are not included in the purchase of your ticket. If you plan to ride a multi-passenger bike, you will need to purchase a ticket for each passenger. Children 2 and under are admitted free of charge.
No pedestrians, motorized bikes, or vehicles will be prohibited to allow for the safety of the cyclists and will be monitored by security personnel.
Bikes can be rented from Wheel Fun Rentals or at the Blue Bike Stations in and around the Park, based on availability. Bikes cannot be reserved in advance.
No, the Walking Tour is not operational on Bike Nights.
Yes, there will be restroom access at the Pedal Pitstop at 1 Palm Drive, along with seating and refreshments.

Walking Tour
The Walking Tour can be accessed from two entrances: The Carousel Gardens Amusement Park entrance is located at 7 Victory Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70124 or through the Oscar J. Tolmas Center located at 5 Victory Avenue, New Orleans LA 70124.
All parking in City Park is free. Available parking includes:
• Tricentennial parking lot: The Tricentennial parking lot is located near 5 Victory Avenue, near the Goldring/Woldenberg Great Lawn. You can enter this parking lot on Dreyfous Drive or Victory Avenue.
• Street parking: There is parallel parking available throughout City Park, though it can fill up quickly during Celebration in the Oaks.
• Additional parking: Parking is available near the entrance to Carousel Gardens and Storyland. You can enter this parking lot on Dreyfous Drive or Anseman Avenue. Parking will also be available on Irby Field (25 Dreyfous Drive), weather permitting.
Sorry, but no pets are permitted to enter the Walking Tour.
Admission to the Walking Tour includes: all access pass to Storyland, Carousel Gardens, and Botanical Garden, unlimited rides including the City Park Train, complimentary hot chocolate and marshmallow roasting.

Yes, City Putt will be open each night of Celebration in the Oaks (last rental at 9pm). Each person entering the facility must have a ticket. Children 3 and under are free and do not require a ticket. Tickets are valid for any day between November 28, 2025 and January 1, 2026. Tickets must be redeemed during this time period. City Putt may close unexpectedly due to inclement weather.
If you purchased a Celebration in the Oaks ornament it will be given to you in your vehicle at the Driving Tour entrance or you may pick it up at the gift shop in the Oscar J. Tolmas Center during operating hours at 5 Victory Avenue. You will receive a QR ticket for each ornament you’ve purchased that will need to be scanned at pickup. Please make sure to show the staff this QR ticket to receive your ornament.
